We stock over 350 products from RED, ARRI, Sony, DJI, Aputure, DZOFilm, Canon, Tilta, Sigma, and Laowa, and all of it sits on real-time inventory: pick your dates, see the exact price, and book online. No quote forms, no waiting on email.

Independent filmmakers, production companies, corporate video teams, photographers, and content creators across the GTA rent from us for everything from one-camera interviews to multi-day commercial shoots. We also run the only rentable Motorized Precision EVO camera robot we know of in Toronto, operator included.   • Camera bodies at Viva Camera run from about $75 to $500 per day depending on the system: mirrorless and photo bodies at the low end, RED and ARRI cinema packages at the top. Lenses run $25 to $150 a day, and full camera packages start around $200. Every product page shows live availability and the exact price for your dates before you book, so there are no quote surprises.

  • Viva Camera is at 777 The Queensway in Etobicoke, right off the Gardiner with free parking at the door, about 15 minutes from downtown Toronto. If you can't make the drive, we deliver across Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, and North York, arranged at booking.

  • Over 350 products: RED, ARRI, and Sony cinema cameras, cine lenses from DZOFilm, Sigma, and Laowa, Aputure lighting, DJI drones and gimbals, portable power stations, teleprompters, grip, and even Polaroid cameras and a motion control robot. If a shoot needs it, it's probably on the shelf.

  • Yes. Every product shows real-time availability. Pick your dates, add to cart, and check out online, no quote forms or waiting on email. Same-day pickup works on in-stock gear when you book before close.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm. Weekend pickups are available by appointment, so weekend shoots just need a quick heads-up before Friday close. Call or text +1 437 747 6030.

  • We recommend production insurance for any shoot, and if you have a certificate of insurance, let us know at booking. Solo shooters and small teams without a production policy can still rent most gear, which makes us one of the lower-friction rental houses in Toronto.

  • Yes. Pick up at 777 The Queensway or have your order delivered anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, arranged at booking based on your dates and location. Every rental leaves checked, charged, and cased, with a walkthrough at pickup if you want one.

  • As of July 2026, Viva Camera is the only Toronto rental house we know of with real-time availability and online checkout. Most others use quote or request forms confirmed by staff, which is fine until you're booking Thursday night for a Friday shoot.
