What's a typical grip kit for a 1-day shoot?

Can I rent grip and power without renting a camera?

Yes. Grip, support, rigging, and silent power book independently of any camera or lens. Plenty of crews show up with their own bodies and need only stands, sandbags, frames, fabrics, EcoFlow, or a Tilta Hydra car mount. Same real-time booking calendar, same pickup at 777 The Queensway.

What's the weight rating on your C-stands and sandbags?

Matthews 20" Double Riser 750 C-stands carry up to 22 lb at full extension and load-balance with a 15 lb sandbag on the leg. Matthews 40" C-stands carry up to 25 lb. Avenger combo stands handle heavier loads up to 40 lb for big lights, frames, and overhead rigs. Sandbags ship in 15 lb and 25 lb fills. We will match stand-to-fixture-to-bag at the booking step so the rig is rated correctly.

Do you stock expendables (gaff tape, gels, batteries, clothespins)?

Yes. Gaff tape (black and white), paper tape, gels (CTO, CTB, ND, color), clothespins (C47s), Sharpies, AAs, AAAs, V-mount plates, B-mount plates, and standard cabling. Add at the booking step or pick up at the counter on shoot day.

Do you deliver film equipment across the GTA?

Yes. We deliver grip, power, and rigging packages across the GTA for an additional fee. You will get a delivery quote at the booking step based on your shoot location. Heavier builds with 12x12 frames or full grip carts may require advance scheduling.
